Working Days & Timings:
- Tuesday to Saturday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Monday: Weekly Off
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Manager to oversee front office operations, manage student inquiries, handle admissions sales, ensure timely lead follow-ups, and support overall academy management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales orientation, and administrative abilities.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Reception Management
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about courses, batches, fees, and schedules.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
Sales & Lead Follow-Up
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and communication.
- Maintain and update lead database (calls, walk-ins, online inquiries).
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students/parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate demo sessions and trial classes for prospects.
Academy Operations Management
- Manage class schedules and coordinate with faculty members.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and fee tracking.
- Support event coordination (recitals, workshops, competitions).
- Ensure smooth day-to-day academy functioning.
- Handle basic billing, receipt generation, and fee collection tracking.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and inquiry reports.
- Track conversions and admission performance.
- Manage inventory (stationery, instruments, etc., if applicable).
- Assist management with operational improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in front desk, sales, or education institute management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.

Compensation
Salary and incentives will be based on experience and performance (including admission targets).
