Job Summary
SocialPost Digital Media is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making outbound calls, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's digital marketing services.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM or database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for effective lead management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good listening, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate or Intermediate (12th Pass) can apply.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in customer support, BPO, voice process, telecalling, telesales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
