Role: Senior Architect
Location: Bangalore
Job Summary - We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to lead architectural projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design solutions, managing client relationships, preparing technical documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards. The Architect will play a key role in delivering high-quality, functional, and aesthetically appealing projects within established timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Project Development
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed models using CAD, BIM, and other design software based on client requirements and project objectives.
- Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, specifications, and construction documentation to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage architectural projects through all phases, from conceptual design to project completion.
- Conduct feasibility studies, preliminary design assessments, and site evaluations for new developments, renovations, and alterations.
Project Coordination & Management
- Coordinate with engineers, detailers, contractors, consultants, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review and integrate multidisciplinary inputs into architectural designs.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans while monitoring progress against established milestones.
- Track project deliverables and provide regular progress updates to clients and management.
Site Supervision & Quality Control
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and verify adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise site engineers and coordinate with contractors to resolve design and construction-related issues.
- Ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications are maintained throughout execution.
Visualization & Innovation
- Collaborate with visualization teams to develop high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentations for client approvals and project marketing.
- Stay informed of emerging architectural trends, sustainable design practices, materials, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Recommend innovative design solutions that enhance project functionality, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
