Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, client visits, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and fabricators.
- Handle client inquiries, conduct meetings, and convert leads into business.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and project discussions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the client base.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and client support.
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent business development and sales abilities.
- Strong client relationship and lead management skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of the façade, architectural aluminium, or construction industry is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience in the façade, architectural aluminium, or construction industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per month
