Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes to ensure system stability.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly document issues and interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
