Job Brief
We are looking for a friendly and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad.
In this role, you will meet clients, show properties, and help them find their dream home. You will guide them from the first meeting to the final booking.
If you enjoy meeting people, working on-site, and closing deals, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Meet new clients and understand their needs
- Show properties at project sites and offices
- Explain project details in a simple way
- Suggest the right homes (apartments, villas, or plots)
- Handle the full sales journey:
- Lead Visit Talk Close deal
- Follow up with clients and answer their questions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Work closely with telecalling and CRM teams
- Connect with brokers and channel partners
- Help with booking and paperwork
- Share market feedback like pricing and trends
Qualifications
- Graduate in any field (MBA is a plus)
- 45 years of experience in real estate or field sales
- Experience in selling homes (apartments, villas, plots) is preferred
- Good communication and people skills
- Strong sales and negotiation ability
- Comfortable meeting clients and visiting sites
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Good understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market
