Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent support, timely communication, and effective issue resolution. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer relationship management abilities, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Maintain customer records and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure professional, courteous, and positive interactions with customers at all times.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or services.
Qualifications
- BCA / B.Sc Computer Science / B.Com / M.Com
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Candidates from Kannur or nearby locations.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
