Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential B2B prospects through LinkedIn, online directories, and other platforms.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead databases using Google Sheets or CRM.
- Assist in outbound campaigns and market research.
Social Media Management
- Manage the company's LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and schedule content using a content calendar.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages where required.
- Analyze social media performance and recommend improvements.
Content Creation
- Create engaging social media posts, carousels, reels, and short-form videos.
- Design creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Write compelling captions, blogs, and marketing copy.
- Collaborate with the Product and Sales teams to create educational and promotional content.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, and AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a startup environment.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
