Wohl Physio International Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead (Physiotherapist) to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical expertise, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage a team while ensuring excellent patient care.
Eligibility
- BPT with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, OR
- MPT with a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
- Male and Female candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the physiotherapy team.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients using evidence-based physiotherapy techniques.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical documentation.
- Mentor and guide junior physiotherapists.
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Maintain professional ethics and quality standards.
