Role & responsibilities
Business & Revenue Growth
- Drive overall branch revenue (equity, derivatives, MF, Unlisted shares, insurance, PMS)
- Set and achieve monthly / quarterly targets
- Develop strategies to increase AUM (Assets Under Management)
- Drive business to achieve 3 of branch cost (profit target)
- Ensure each staff member opens minimum 20 new accounts
- Monitor and increase DP (Demat) net worth by 20% month-on-month
Team Management
- Manage and lead:
- Relationship Managers (Sales & Advisory)
- Dealers / Support staff
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
- Train and mentor employees on sales and market knowledge
Client Management
- Handle HNI / key clients
- Resolve escalations and ensure client satisfaction
- Build strong long-term relationships for high-value business
Branch Operations
- Oversee daily branch activities and compliance
- Ensure proper documentation (KYC, trading norms, SEBI guidelines)
- Coordinate with HO (Head Office) for policies and updates
Business Development
- Generate new business through:
- Local networking
- Referrals
- Corporate tie-ups
- Expand branch presence in the local market
Day-to-Day Work
- Reviewing sales numbers and team performance
- Conducting team meetings & strategy planning
- Meeting important clients
- Monitoring market trends and guiding team
- Ensuring smooth branch functioning

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
