Job Required
Min BSC/MSC/BE/B Tech Paint or Diploma in Paint Tech With min 6 year experience in paint industry or similar chemical industry is preferable.
- To assist HOD plant QC in functioning of QC dept. as per laid down quality systems.
- Responsible for timely & proper resolution of customer complaints through testing of retain samples, customer line samples etc.
- To train (on the job) other members of QC to ensure minimization of QC failure.
- Implementation of calibration plan for inspection, measuring & test equipment.
- Ensure safe upkeep and usage of inspection,measuring & test equipment.
- To take corrective & preventive actions for nonconformity. 7. Maintaining R M & P M std & proper control on std panels. Ensure re validation of the same.
- Decision making for incoming material , intermediate and finished products.
- Interacting with supplies on quality issues for proper resolution of deviations. & carry out vendor audits.
- Study trend analysis related to quality bench mark monthly basis & take proper action for improvement jointly with CFT.
- Learn & use of various statistical tools to analyze trends/consistency in quality of incoming & processed goods.
- Coordinate with corporate office for QC related activities .
- To review QC manual & calibration manual & other documents.
- Responsible for housekeeping & safety of lab
