Job Summary
Baba Quartz is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to support the sales team by generating leads, contacting prospective customers, scheduling meetings, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, dealers, distributors, architects, and builders.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telephonic conversations.
- Explain the company's products and services to prospective customers.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Update customer information in CRM or Excel on a regular basis.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and customer support.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic English and Hindi speaking ability.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or lead generation will be an added advantage.
