Job Roles for Travel Desk Executive / Assistant Manager (Online Travel Portal)
1. Customer Travel Assistance & Booking Management
- Handle domestic and international flight, hotel, holiday, and transport bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for smooth travel operations, rates and availability.
- Resolve booking modifications
cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests.
2. Online Travel Portal Operations
- Manage daily operations of the OTA/online travel platform.
- Update inventory, pricing, promotional offers, and travel packages on the portal.
- Monitor booking flow, payment status, and vendor confirmations.
3. Client Relationship & Sales Coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, travel agents, and corporate clients.
- Convert inquiries into bookings.
4. Vendor & Hotel Partner Coordination
Additional Skills Preferred
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
- OTA portal handling experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excel & CRM knowledge
Pay: ₹15,079.80 - ₹25,000.00 per month
