Role: JDE Finance Functional Consultant - SME
Skill: Finance and Accounts
Experience: 8 to 12 years
Location: TCS Noida
Shift Timing: AU/NZ time zone and client operating hours
Education:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Non-technical graduation and/or masters in finance & accounts stream - B.Com, M.Com or CA Inter
- Bachelor's/Master's in Finance & Accounting or equivalent with ERP certification / proficient
Must Have:
- ERP Application Knowledge
- Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- End‑to‑end understanding of business flows (P2P/O2C/R2R)
- Minimum two full-cycle JDE project implementations with strong expertise in EnterpriseOne.
- Experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets modules.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and map business requirements to JDE solutions.
- Prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documentation.
- Define functional and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer interaction and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Global Delivery Model (Onsite/Offshore).
- Experience in Contract Billing and Service Billing modules.
Good-to-Have:
- Understanding how modules interact (e.g., Finance, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot issues beyond your core module
- Consulting experience with multiple E1 implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s/CA preferred
- Experience in IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder communication and customer-centric mindset.
