Position Name – Manager – WITP Service
1. Brief about the position:
The Manager – WITP Service position looks after the entire operation of Wok Integrated Training Program across the country. (S)He will have P & L responsibility of the program and will manage the implementation & expansion of the program.
2. About WITP – Service:
Work Integrated Service Program (WITP), are Vocational Graduation courses where students compulsorily pursue a On-the-Job-Training (OJT) along with their Theory classes. The OJT is provided in the same field as that of the Course. The students learn Theory during the classes and the Practical aspects of the Skill during the OJT. Courses which place students on OJT under the Service Sector are covered under the WITP – Service vertical.

3. Job Description:
- Team Management: Managing Team at the various centres under the Vertical, setting their targets, supporting them and driving their targets
- P & L: Managing the Profit & Loss of the program.
- Expansion: Expanding the program to newer locations / courses while stabilizing the existing programs. Adding New Universities to the program.
- Placement & Alumni Network: Improving on student placements while tying up with companies. Also, building a Alumni network.
- Marketing & Mobilization: Supporting the team on marketing and mobilization

5. Work Location, Language Spoken : Delhi / Vikhroli, Mumbai
6. Skill Set
Team Management
Communication: Good Communication with ability to represent the organization at various
levels
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
Attention to Detail: Understand and recognize underlying issues and potential problems
while giving resolutions for the same.
Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data management, calculations,
analysis, and reporting.
Target orientation
Time Management & Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
7. Grade & Salary : 3.6 lacs to 7.2 lacs
8. Qualification & Experience : Graduate, Postgraduate. Experience min 5 years.
