Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to inquiries received from IndiaMART and similar B2B portals
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients generated via portals
- Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating product/service value
- Regularly update and manage product listings on portals
- Maintain and update customer database and lead status
- Follow up with clients to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion strategies
