Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate (Villas / Plots)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
(Frequent travel to Chirala, Andhra Pradesh for site visits)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales for our premium villas and plotted developments near the sea in Chirala.
This is a field-driven role based out of Hyderabad, where you will be responsible for engaging with prospective buyers, converting enquiries into site visits, and supporting sales closures for a unique coastal real estate offering.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Interaction
- Handle incoming leads through calls, digital platforms, and references
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable options
Lead Conversion
- Convert leads into qualified site visits and bookings
- Maintain consistent follow-up through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings
- Track lead progress and ensure no opportunity is missed
Site Visits & Presentations
- Coordinate customer visits from Hyderabad to Chirala
- Present project features, location advantages, lifestyle appeal, and pricing
- Support customers during site visits to enhance experience and confidence
Sales Closure Support
- Handle basic negotiations and assist in closing deals
- Work with internal teams for booking, documentation, and payment follow-ups
- Ensure smooth transition from enquiry to booking
Reporting & CRM
- Update customer interactions and lead status in CRM
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, visits, and conversions
Candidate Profile
Required Experience
- 2–3 years in real estate sales or field sales
- Experience in plots / villas / residential property sales preferred
- Exposure to site visit-based selling is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good customer handling and relationship-building ability
- Strong follow-up discipline and persistence
- Basic negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Additional Requirements
- Willing to work on weekends (peak customer time)
- Fluency in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi
