Position : Peon / Office Assistant
Qualification
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Prior experience in office support roles will be preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Punctual, honest, and responsible.
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and housekeeping.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document handling.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office materials as required.
- Support administrative staff in day-to-day office activities.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and stationery.
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office events.
- Handle outdoor tasks such as bank visits, courier dispatches, and government office work when required.
- Ensure proper upkeep of office furniture, equipment, and common areas.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving office materials when required.
