Position: Store Supervisor
Location: [Hisar]
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward material movement.
- Prepare and verify GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for incoming materials.
- Ensure proper implementation of inventory management methods such as FIFO (First In First Out) and LIFO (Last In First Out).
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and inventory reports accurately.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and dispatch departments for smooth material flow.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation to avoid discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and safety standards within the store area.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports using MS Excel.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of FIFO, LIFO, and GRN processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for inventory reporting and record management.
- Basic understanding of inventory and store management practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in store or warehouse operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Excel and inventory management systems is required.
Other Requirements:
- Responsible and disciplined work approach.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to handle operational and physical store activities if required.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry store operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
