About the Role
Fiestro Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, payroll coordination, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to build a positive and productive work culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and consultancies.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Promote company culture and employee satisfaction.
- HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Performance Management
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
- Support department heads in setting employee goals and KPIs.
- Track employee performance and development plans.
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate payroll processing and salary administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Handle employee documentation related to PF, ESIC, and other compliance requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- Draft HR letters, contracts, policies, and official communications.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and procedures.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
