We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chess Tutor to provide engaging online chess lessons to students of different age groups and skill levels. The tutor will help students improve their chess fundamentals, strategies, tactics, and overall gameplay through interactive online sessions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group online chess classes.
- Teach chess fundamentals, opening principles, middle-game strategies, and endgame techniques.
- Assess students' skill levels and create personalized learning plans.
- Analyze games and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare lesson plans, practice exercises, and chess puzzles.
- Track student progress and encourage continuous improvement.
- Create an engaging and positive learning environment.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of chess rules, strategies, and tactics.
- Prior experience teaching or coaching chess is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach students of various age groups and skill levels.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for online teaching.
- Chess certifications, tournament experience, or coaching credentials are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Participation in chess tournaments or chess clubs.
- Passion for mentoring and helping students achieve their goals.
- Experience with online teaching platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
Pay: ₹9,667.50 - ₹40,030.85 per month
