We are looking for ambitious and results-driven Business Development Managers to expand our presence in the Bangalore market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B IT sales and experience in driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, account management, and solution selling.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with enterprise customers and promote cutting-edge IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Networking, and Managed Services solutions.
- Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities across Enterprise, Mid-Market, BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, and Government sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct customer meetings, solution presentations, and requirement-gathering discussions.
- Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and OEM teams to create winning proposals and commercial offerings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build long-term relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Teams, and key stakeholders.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and pipeline reports.
- Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction post-sales.Desired Skills & Experience
- 3.5–8 years of experience in B2B IT Sales, Solution Sales, or Enterprise Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in lead generation, account management, and business development.
- Ability to engage with senior decision-makers and influence business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.Preferred Technology Exposure

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
