We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage and support our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, and HR operations while ensuring a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment metrics.
- Assist management in workforce planning and HR strategy.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill staffing requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 3– 4years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, labor laws, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
