Our Rental Division provides reliable pumping equipment and responsive service to customers across India. We are looking for a proactive Rental Coordinator who can efficiently manage rental operations, ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams, and contribute to business growth through excellent service.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the complete rental cycle—from equipment deployment and billing to customer coordination and payment follow-ups. This role requires strong organizational skills, ownership, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the complete rental process, including equipment dispatch, installation, rental period, and de-hiring.
- Maintain accurate records of rental equipment and monitor machine utilization.
- Generate rental invoices as per agreed billing schedules.
- Coordinate with Accounts for billing, reconciliation, and documentation.
- Track rental-related expenses and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with Service, Logistics, and Sales teams for smooth execution.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and outstanding collections.
- Visit customer sites whenever required for coordination, issue resolution, and payment followups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on rentals, billing, expenses, and collections.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high service standards.
- Support the Rental team in achieving operational and revenue targets.
