We are looking for highly engaging, energetic and persuasive trainers who can connect with people, inspire them and motivate them to take action. The trainer will be responsible for conducting training and orientation programs for our Marketing Agents, including retired professionals, insurance agents and other individuals who can promote our jewellery schemes within their personal and professional networks. The ideal candidate should be a people-person and an excellent communicator, capable of creating enthusiasm, building confidence and converting a training session into a motivating experience.Essential Functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging training programmes for Marketing Agents across different locations in India.
- Explain the company's jewellery schemes, benefits, processes and promotional strategies to agents in a simple and effective manner.
- Motivate retired professionals, insurance agents and other potential agents to actively participate in the programme.
- Develop training modules and presentations based on the needs of the agent network.
- Use storytelling, real-life examples, activities and interactive methods to keep participants engaged.
- Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with Marketing Agents.
- Conduct induction and refresher training programmes for existing agents.
- Help agents understand how to identify prospects, approach customers and promote jewellery schemes effectively.
- Motivate agents to achieve their business and customer-acquisition targets.
- Collect feedback from agents and identify their training and development requirements.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to improve agent performance.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, group meetings and one-to-one coaching sessions when required.
- Travel to different cities/locations across India for training programmes.
- Track training effectiveness and provide periodic reports to management.

- Willing to travel extensively across India
- Professional in appearance and communication

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Professional certifications in Training, Sales, Insurance, Management or Communication will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
