Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Java Spring Boot Lecturer/Trainer to conduct a 1-week intensive training program for students. The trainer should be capable of delivering practical and industry-oriented sessions with strong communication skills in both Tamil and English.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions on Java and Spring Boot concepts
- Explain backend development fundamentals with real-time examples
- Guide students through hands-on coding and mini projects
- Support students in understanding APIs, databases, and framework integration
- Conduct interactive sessions and clear technical doubts
- Share industry insights and best practices
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and MySQL
- Good understanding of backend development concepts
- Prior teaching/training experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
- Ability to engage and mentor students effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience in handling student workshops or technical training programs
