Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist role based in Kulana Jhajjar The Human Resources Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, personnel records maintenance, and support for performance management processes. This role will coordinate employee benefits and leave administration, ensure accurate documentation, and assist in payroll-related inputs. The individual will help implement and communicate HR policies, support employee engagement initiatives, and address routine HR queries. The Human Resources Generalist will also collaborate with managers on recruitment activities, basic employee relations matters, and compliance with applicable labor practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.
- Drive POSH compliance, awareness programs, and Internal Committee coordination.
- Administer employee benefits, welfare initiatives, and engagement activities.
- Support onboarding, confirmations, exits, and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HRMIS data accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/MBA in HR preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in HR Generalist functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, POSH, employee welfare, and labor compliance.
- Experience in warehouse (Preferred)
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HRMS.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
