Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook healthy meals according to standard recipes.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and portion consistency.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Manage food preparation, inventory, and stock rotation.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work efficiently during meal preparation and dispatch hours.
- Assist in menu development and recipe improvement.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial kitchens, cloud kitchens, restaurants, hotels, or catering services.
- Knowledge of Indian and healthy meal preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food quality.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Hotel Management students or freshers with practical kitchen skills are also welcome to apply.
