Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
Adapt lesson plans and teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Provide direct instruction in academic, social, and life skills.
Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student success.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders.
Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
