We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager in Delhi to present our brand to the potential customers, architects and interior designers and bring in business for the brand by providing flawless service.

Hands carpets today, are seen in some of the finest palaces, luxury hotels and residences across the globe. Our stores are present in New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Dubai and Singapore, however we have offices all over the world.
The Business Development Manager will work across multiple independent accounts targeting Delhi/NCR. You will have to meet and exceed revenue objectives through set seasonal sales targets and at once business goals.
In addition to managing existing accounts, you must grow the business and find new opportunities within the industry. You should be an expert in your ‘geographic territory’ and understand customer needs by region. You will need to establish and maintain strong relationships with the accounts.
- Represent Hands in an effective and influential manner as the Business Development Manager.
- Develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
- Build a strong foundation with architects and interior designers to drive business through these connections.
- Understand current products, trends, and collections, ensuring customers are informed and aware.
- Meet and exceed seasonal sales targets.
- Have a strong understanding of assigned accounts, educating internally on business processes and consumer dynamics.
- Manage accounts from seasonal sell-in appointments to order processing, deliveries and shipments, returns, and payment queries.
- Continually analyze customer sell-through, highlighting strengths and repeat business as well as concerns, and take action accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop strategies and plans that support sell-through and growth expansion in these accounts.
- Relevant sales experience in the luxury interior industry.
- A natural networker, who easily builds relationships and gets energized by customer contact.
- Goal oriented, turns targets into actions, and is persistent to go beyond. Turns deadlines into a healthy pressure to perform.
- Good negotiating, social, and influencing skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently and in teams.
- Excellent English with good verbal communication.
- Strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
- Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Confident enough to travel, arranging meetings with potential clients and bringing in the business.
- Personal database of architects and interior designers would be a plus.
