- Set up and operate flexo / rotogravure printing machines for plastic films (BOPP, LDPE, PET, etc.)
- Mount printing cylinders/plates and adjust machine settings (registration, tension, speed)
- Prepare and mix inks as per shade cards and customer requirements
- Ensure proper color matching, alignment, and print quality
- Monitor printing process and make adjustments to avoid defects (misregister, smudging, shade variation)
- Maintain production targets with minimum wastage
- Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance
- Handle job changeovers efficiently to reduce downtime
- Maintain production records and job reports
- Follow GMP, safety, and quality standards
- Set up and operate printing machines (offset, flexo, digital, or screen printing)
- Adjust machine settings such as speed, ink flow, pressure, and alignment
- Monitor printing process to ensure quality and consistency
- Inspect printed output for defects (color variation, misalignment, smudging)
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems
- Maintain production records and job details
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
