We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, coordination abilities, and basic knowledge of sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team for daily tasks and follow-ups
- Handle client inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare quotations, reports, invoices, and sales-related documents
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery coordination
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and deadlines
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
- Assist in preparing presentations and sales reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or a similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
