Salary:
₹26,000 – ₹36,000 CTC/month (based on process requirements, interview performance, communication skills, and prior experience)
Take-Home Salary:
As per requirement, candidates can earn ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 including incentives and Ots
Location:
Jaipur, Rajasthan
Working Days & Shifts:
5 Days Working Rotational Shifts (including weekends and night shifts)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats for customers
- Provide accurate solutions for technical issues and customer queries
- Ensure seamless customer experiences with empathy and professionalism
- Meet performance metrics, quality standards, and process compliance

- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate with good communication skills
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
