Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise academics and co-curricular activities for Grades 6–8.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and effective lesson delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to middle school teachers.
- Organize student enrichment programs, competitions, and events.
- Communicate with parents to address academic and behavioral issues.
- Maintain discipline and promote school values among students.
- Conduct regular meetings to review academic progress.
Skills & Competencies:
- Leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of middle school pedagogy and student needs.
- Ability to manage and motivate teaching staff.
Experience Required: 3–5 years as a Coordinator or in a middle school leadership role
