About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can combine digital marketing knowledge with AI tools to improve prospecting, outreach, and lead conversion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI-assisted lead-generation strategies.
- Research potential customers and create targeted prospect lists.
- Use AI tools for market research, prospect identification, content creation, and personalization.
- Generate leads through social media, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Assist in developing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads for the sales team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Maintain lead databases and prepare performance reports.
Requirements
- 1+ year of professional experience is required.
- Previous digital marketing experience is mandatory.
- Practical understanding of lead generation and online customer acquisition.
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and automation.
- Knowledge of social media marketing, email marketing, SEO/PPC basics, or related digital marketing channels.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with lead-generation targets.
