Position: Field Mobilizer
Salary:-
₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Skill Development Sector (DDU-GKY, PMKVY, MMKVY, NULM, NSDC, CSR, or similar projects preferred).
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and the local language.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize eligible candidates for Skill Development Programs.
- Conduct field visits to villages, schools, colleges, ITIs, Polytechnic institutions, and community organizations.
- Organize awareness camps, counseling sessions, and mobilization drives.
- Coordinate with Panchayats, SHGs, NGOs, Government Departments, and local stakeholders.
- Counsel candidates and parents regarding training and placement opportunities.
- Collect and verify candidate documents for enrollment.
- Achieve monthly mobilization targets.
- Submit daily and weekly field activity reports to the Center Manager.
- Support candidate retention and placement-related activities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and counseling skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Good interpersonal and networking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
