ob Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant with 2–5 years of experience to join our SAP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PP solutions to streamline manufacturing and production planning processes. The candidate should have experience working with business users and cross-functional teams to deliver effective SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP PP processes including Production Planning, Demand Management, and Shop Floor Control.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Work on Master Data configuration including BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, and Production Versions.
- Support Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Capacity Planning activities.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements through SAP PP solutions.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Coordinate with MM, SD, QM, and FI teams for end-to-end business process integration.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Prepare project documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training sessions.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP implementation and support.

- BOM (Bill of Materials)

- Production Master Data
- Experience with SAP PP integration with MM, SD, QM, and FI modules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Production Planning is preferred.
- Knowledge of PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries) is an added advantage.
- SAP PP Certification is a plus.
