We are hiring Technical Support Executives for an International Voice & Non-Voice (Email & Chat) Process. If you have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and experience in an international BPO, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Voice, Email, and Chat support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate resolutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Achieve productivity and performance targets.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO (Technical Support preferred).
- Fluent English communication (C1 Level) is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and customer handling skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
