Job Description:
Banaras Saree Centre is looking for a dedicated and organized HR Executive / CRM Coordinator to manage customer interactions, maintain records, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend walk-in customers professionally (no direct sales involvement)
- Maintain accurate customer data (both in system and manual records)
- Handle CRM activities and update customer database regularly
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer handling and support
- Work closely with the store manager for daily operations and reporting
- Address customer queries and redirect them to the relevant team when required
- Understand basic customer requirements and guide them accordingly
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate (any stream)
- Basic knowledge of computer operations (Excel, data entry, CRM tools)
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Well-organized and responsible personality
- Prior experience in retail/showroom is a plus (not mandatory)
- Knowledge of the apparel industry will be an added advantage
Salary:
