- Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative, effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
