We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality execution, monitor project progress, and support project planning through Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), estimation, and costing. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
- Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules for RCC structures.
- Calculate reinforcement quantities based on structural drawings.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams for steel requirements.
- Monitor steel consumption and minimize wastage.
Estimation & Costing
- Prepare quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Develop project cost estimates and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Analyze material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Verify contractor bills and maintain cost records.
- Track project expenditures against approved budgets.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain site records, measurement sheets, and daily progress reports.
- Prepare material reconciliation reports.
- Coordinate with the accounts and procurement teams for project-related documentation.
- Assist in project planning and resource allocation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in site supervision, estimation, and costing.
- Strong understanding of RCC work, BBS preparation, and quantity surveying.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Pay: ₹10,071.01 - ₹25,000.00 per month
