We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives (BDEs). The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and a passion for sales, client interaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Connect with prospective customers and build strong relationships.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Contribute to business growth through effective sales activities.
