Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Business Development Executive to spearhead growth in the US B2B market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, proven success in engaging C-Suite executives, and the ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through outbound B2B sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-Suite decision-makers across the US market.
- Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and follow-ups to manage the complete sales cycle.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations for meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data using CRM tools (Salesforce/Excel).
- Consistently achieve sales quotas, call targets, and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies, planning, and forecasting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Undergraduate degree acceptable.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in US outbound B2B sales (C-Suite level only).
- Excellent communication skills in English with an American/neutral accent.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM/Salesforce preferred.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in night/US shifts.
