Our expertise spans across bungalows, residential flats, plots, and studio apartments, catering to diverse customer requirements. We are experts in both domestic as well as commercial real estate segments. Currently, we are developing one of the largest logistics hubs on Durgapur Expressway, Dankuni.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about projects.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Coordinate with sales and CRM teams for smooth deal closures.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular client engagement.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and updates in CRM.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Gender: Male & Female (Both can apply)
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate is mandatory.
- Qualification: Graduation in any stream.
- Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Mandatory Requirement:
- **Candidate must own a 2-wheeler**
Salary & Benefits :
