Job Summary
The F&B Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. They supervise staff, maintain service standards, ensure guest satisfaction, and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.
- Ensure high standards of food and beverage service.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
- Assist in staff training and development.
- Maintain inventory and control food and beverage costs.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Support promotional activities and upselling initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
