*Role:* Store Manager
*Location:* Kesavdasapuram, Trivandrum, Kerala
*Experience:* Minimum 2 years as Store Manager in any supermarket / department store
*Industry Preference:* FMCG, grocery, retail, organic/natural products preferred
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Oversee daily store operations, staff, and inventory
- Ensure excellent customer service and sales targets
- Manage stock, billing, merchandising, and compliance
- Handle vendor coordination and local sourcing for organic products
- Maintain store hygiene and brand standards
*Requirements:*
- 2+ years proven experience as Store Manager
- Knowledge of inventory and team handling
- Passion for organic/healthy living is a plus
- communication in Malayalam & English
