About the Role: Celestial Hostings is expanding its sales team! We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive growth across our core service pillars: Business Email Hosting, VPS, and Dedicated Servers. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can communicate the value of professional IT infrastructure to businesses of all sizes. Freshers with a strong technical bent and a hunger for sales are encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation: Identify businesses using generic email providers and pitch professional Business Email Hosting solutions.
2. Technical Sales: Consult with developers and agencies to provide high-performance VPS and Dedicated Server configurations.
3. End-to-End Sales: Manage the process from initial cold outreach/lead nurturing to closing the deal.
4. Client Success: Act as a point of contact for renewals and help clients scale their hosting plans as their businesses grow.
What We Are Looking For
1. Education: Graduate in any stream (Technical backgrounds like BCA/B.Tech are a plus).
2. Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of professional email (IMAP/POP3), Domains, and the difference between Shared and Dedicated hosting.
3. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English and Hindi to handle clients across India.
4. Work Ethic: Highly disciplined and capable of meeting targets while working remotely.
