Job Title : UI/UX Designer
Job Location : Remote
Job Shift : General Shift / Overlap with US team
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join us and expand our Team. In this role, you will lead user research, wireframing, and high-fidelity design for our SaaS products, partnering closely with product and engineering to deliver intuitive, well-crafted user experiences. Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct user research and translate findings into personas and user journeys.

Create wireframes and high-fidelity designs in Figma.

Build interactive prototypes to validate design concepts.

Develop and maintain scalable design systems.

Design responsive web and mobile app experiences for SaaS products.

Lead design reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.

Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on findings.

Prepare designs for developer handoff, ensuring accurate implementation.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership teams.
Must-Have Qualifications

4–8 years of UI/UX design experience.

Expert-level proficiency in Figma.

Experience designing SaaS products.

Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design work.

Experience building and maintaining design systems.

Strong prototyping skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Adobe XD.
