Requirements: • 3–6 years of experience in sales (preferably in chit fund / NBFC / finance sector) • Experience in team handling and branch operations • Strong sales and target achievement background • Good knowledge of collections and customer handling • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to work in a target-driven environment Key Responsibilities: • Drive branch sales targets and business growth • Generate new business through customer acquisition and local market development • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and collection team • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure target achievement • Develop and implement sales strategies for branch growth • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Ensure timely collections and minimize defaults • Identify new business opportunities in the local market • Track branch performance and prepare reports • Handle customer queries and escalations effectively • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Coordinate with head office and internal teams • Conduct field visits and support team in closing deals • Take ownership of sales targets by engaging in field activities when required Additional Requirements • Two-wheeler & valid driving license • Ability to handle field pressure and target
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
