Qualification
- BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery) – Mandatory
- MD (Homeopathy) – Preferred
- Valid Registration with State/Central Homeopathic Council
Experience
- Minimum 5 Years of Overall Homeopathic Practice
- Minimum 3–4 Years of Clinical Consultation Experience
- Experience in handling acute and chronic cases independently
Job Summary
The Senior Homeopathy Consultant will be responsible for providing high-quality homeopathic consultations, conducting detailed case-taking, identifying the root cause of diseases, and prescribing individualized constitutional remedies based on classical homeopathic principles. The consultant will ensure effective patient management, treatment planning, follow-ups, and clinical documentation while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Consultation
- Conduct detailed patient consultations and comprehensive case-taking.
- Analyze physical, mental, emotional, and constitutional symptoms.
- Diagnose cases based on classical homeopathic principles.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
- Constitutional Prescribing
- Follow Classical Constitutional Homeopathy in case analysis and remedy selection.
- Prescribe remedies based on the totality of symptoms and constitutional assessment.
- Ensure minimal and rational use of medicines according to homeopathic philosophy.
- Root Cause Analysis & Case Study
- Identify and address the underlying root cause of disease rather than symptom suppression.
- Perform in-depth case studies and clinical evaluations.
- Review patient history, miasmatic background, lifestyle, and causative factors.
- Maintain detailed clinical records and treatment outcomes.
- Patient Management
- Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups.
- Modify treatment protocols based on response and clinical findings.
- Educate patients regarding disease management, lifestyle modifications, and treatment expectations.
- Maintain high patient satisfaction and treatment compliance.
- Clinical Excellence
- Participate in clinical discussions, case presentations, and medical meetings.
- Mentor junior doctors and support their clinical development.
- Stay updated with advancements in homeopathy and evidence-based clinical practices.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate patient records and consultation notes.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, medical ethics, and regulatory guidelines
